A series of weekly classes set up for a day of story writing to drawing the tradiotional way of comic and manga without using computers. Students will create and draw protagonist and antagonist characters by hand. We then sketch up and ink and create a cover and panels. All panels will be created on a bristol board and inked with micron pens and colored in with watercolor markers. Students will also be given optional assignments that will expand on the material presented in class such as perspective, mediums used to create the panels as well as video presentations of comic and manga/anime artists.
